= I think the tipping culture is very strange. The wages of the working staff should be provided from the restaurant, and I think it is right for customers to eat at the same price for everyone.

Q. If you were a restaurant owner, will you accept tips from customers?
= As someone who said tip culture is weird, I would never do that. In my restaurant, customers will receive the same service for the same amount of money, just like all stores in Korea.

Q. I want to hire you to design my Korean restaurant in Los Angeles. How will you make it unique?
= There is a beautiful sense of beauty in Korea. The restaurant will be decorated with unique traditional patterns, colors, and interior materials. Recently, Netflix launched a tv show that introduced traditional Korean interior materials for roofing, grass-based dyeing technology, and pattern production technology using the essence of shells and trees. Tell me the best restaurant you have ever been to while traveling.
= Blue Elephant is a fine-dining restaurant in Bangkok that specializes in Thai cuisine.  It is said that a Thai chef first opened the Blue Elephant in the 1980s while studying in Brussels, Belgium, and it was established in 2002 in her home country of Bangkok. I made a reservation in advance and visited the place when I planned my trip to Bangkok. The tableware and interior were very beautiful, and the menu was very excellent. Unfortunately, I had a cold that day and couldn't eat enough because I had no appetite. The more excellent and fresh dishes were placed in front of me, the more pale my face became, and I and my friend had to return to our accommodation and rest without finishing the food. If I travel to Bangkok again, it is a place I want to visit again.
